Blue Sky delivered event production for Journey Beyond’s season launch at Adelaide Parklands Terminal, working alongside creative agency Town Square to welcome media and industry partners for a preview of upcoming experiences across the brand’s rail and tourism portfolio.

Held directly on the train platform beside The Ghan, Indian Pacific and Great Southern, the event transformed the operational station into a functioning event environment for a long-lunch presentation announcing highlights from Journey Beyond’s travel brands over the next 12–24 months.

Production involved working within a live rail environment to deliver custom-built AV housing, lighting design, staging, live music and full supplier coordination, ensuring the space could safely operate as both a working transport hub and a high-profile industry event.

The result was an immersive launch environment that connected guests with Journey Beyond’s iconic rail journeys while celebrating the scale and ambition of the brand’s upcoming season.
