Blue Sky delivered event production for Supercars’ Chairman’s Dinner, an intimate private dining experience created for senior leadership and invited guests in a confidential off-site location.

Designed as a high-end hospitality environment, the evening centred around a multi-course Greek dining experience curated and presented by celebrity chef George Calombaris, bringing a sense of theatre and culinary storytelling to the event.

Production focused on shaping a refined dining setting that balanced atmosphere with discretion, coordinating lighting, staging, kitchen integration and supplier delivery to ensure the experience unfolded seamlessly for a select guest list.

The result was an elevated private dinner that combined exceptional food, considered environment design and seamless production to create a memorable evening for Supercars’ senior leadership and partners.
