Designed and delivered for Cbus Property's 435 Bourke Street, this workplace activation transformed the building lobby into an immersive experience celebrating community, sustainability and connection.

Working closely with the client team, Blue Sky Projects developed a suite of custom activation elements including bespoke coffee carts, interactive experiences, custom fabricated plinths, a feature photo wall installation and integrated floral styling.

Inspired by the building's architecture, the activation design incorporated curved forms, natural timber finishes and a warm sandstone-inspired palette that complemented the premium lobby environment. Every element was carefully considered to enhance the workplace experience while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding space.

A key focus of the project was longevity and sustainability. Custom-built activation assets were designed for future use and repurposing, ensuring the investment extended well beyond a single event.

The result was a highly engaging workplace activation that encouraged connection, celebrated the unique character of the building and demonstrated how thoughtful design can enhance everyday experiences within commercial environments.
